Ann Marie Holmes, 77, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017, at Hospice of Dayton, Dayton, OH, with her loving and caring children by her side.

She was born February 24, 1940, a daughter of the late Frank and Ethel (Wright) Baldwin. Ann enjoyed crafting, quilting, crocheting, cooking and playing bingo. She was a homecare provider for the elderly for over 20 years.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one sister, Georgetta Gorby and one brother, Frank Baldwin Jr.

Ann is survived by her three children, Ella Mae (Leo Weber) Holmes of Baltimore, MD, Marsha (Jim) Martin of Centerville, OH and Kevin D. (Janet Elerick) Holmes of Port Charlotte, FL; one brother, Dale (Marie Satterfield) Baldwin of Moundsville; one sister-in-law, Patty Baldwin of Adena, OH; three grandchildren, Daniel and Christine Holmes, and Katelyn Martin; several nieces and nephews and a few close friends.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday, July 18, 2017 from 10 am until time of service at 11 am, at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville. Interment will be held at Riverview Cemetery.
