Carol E. (Stahl) Fabrizio, 84, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Reynold Memorial Hospital.
She was born September 15, 1933, a daughter of the late Eugene and Mary Edna (Neimer) Stahl. Carol was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Raphael “Ray” Fabrizio (1994).
Carol is survived by her two sons, Denny (Cindy) Fabrizio of Moundsville, and Dave (Linda) Fabrizio of Fish Creek, WV; one sister, Mrs. Lois Donovan of Virginia Beach, VA; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, her two dog companions, Tessy and Dolly and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received Friday, April 20, 2018 at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., from 2-4 & 6-8 pm with a rosary service at 7:30 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday, April 21, 2018, at 10 am, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Fr. That Son Ngoc Nguyen officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
