Larry L. Anderson, 68, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Wheeling Hospital.

He was born August 23, 1948, a son of the late Harry and Virginia Anderson. Larry was a Catholic by faith and attended St. Mary Catholic Church.  After high school graduation, Larry served in the US Marine Corp in Vietnam. For several years, he volunteered with Catholic Charities at the Soup Kitchen of Wheeling. Larry enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching the Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey and WVU Football.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, of 34 years, Linda (Putinsky) Anderson and one son, Ryan Anderson.

The family would like to thank Dr. Tristan Smith for going above and beyond the call of duty and for his extreme compassion with the family.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
