Adeline Rosemay Loper (Lappert) Oleska, in her 93rd year, passed away Friday, October 30, 2015 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville, Ohio, surrounded by her family.
She was born July 16, 1923 in Wheeling, WV, daughter to the late William and Blanche Dawson Loper (Lappert).
Adeline was a retired business woman, Catholic by faith, member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, a dedicated mother, successful business woman, great humanitarian and a beautiful person.
In addition to her parents, Adeline was preceded in death by her husband, Edward William Oleska (Olesiack), Sr.; Sister, Blanche Charnoch and grandson, Ernie Lee Ewing IV.
Surviving are four children, Edward W. Oleska, Jr. of Independence, WV, Cynthia J. Hall and her husband David of Wheeling, Susan Oleska and Peggy Oleska Hubbard all of Wheeling; sister and best friends, Betty Richie and Patty Merritt and her husband Sonny, both of Brilliant, OH; brother, Albert Loper and his wife, Margie of NC; five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great -great grandchildren.
Per Adeline’s request, there will be no services at this time.
