The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm, Friday, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, where funeral services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, February 25, 2017, with Pastor Greg Blair officiating.
