Genevieve “Polly” Belle (Loy) Kohler, 95, of McMechen, WV, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Stonerise Moundsville in Moundsville, WV.
She was born in Romney, WV on June 6, 1926.

Polly was a cashier at the former Green’ s Donuts and a member of the McMechen/Benwood United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert F. Kohler Sr.; brother, John Loy and a niece, Susie Lash.

Surviving are her son, Gary Rine of St. Clairsville, OH; step-son, Robert (Brenda) Kohler, Jr of McMechen; step daughter, Bettie Jane (John) Fadoul of Wheeling, WV; three grandchildren, Aimee (Travis) Siegal, Michael Rine and Pamela (Bruce) McNeil and several great grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Friday, November 19th from 11am until time of services at noon, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Benwood/McMechen Chapel, 214 Marshall Street, McMechen, with Dr. Rev. Mitch Johston officiating.

Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
