To the Webster family I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your father - Jim . He was somewhat a fixture at the roller skating rink in Moundsville and was always well liked. I have many enjoyable memories of him being there and also at the house on ninth street. You were so lucky to have someone like him in your lives. Rest in peace Mr. Webster - you deserve it.
