Jeanette (Phillips) Lilley, 98, of Cameron, WV, passed away Friday, February 22, 2019.
She was born August 8, 1920, a daughter of the late John B. and Stella (Evans) Phillips.
Jeanette was a member of Beeler Station Church and a member of the Eastern Star
Lorraine Chapter #9.
Jeanette enjoyed gardening, growing her own flowers, jigsaw puzzles, crossword
puzzles and reading.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Glen D. Lilley, her
four brothers, William, Donald, Richard and Edward Phillips; and two sisters, Marjorie
Allison and Madelyn Phillips.
Jeanette is survived by her children, Janice Oberle (William “Doc”) and James Lilley,
one sister, Evelyn (Fred) Bane; four grandchildren, Jeff (Rhonda) Oberle, Shelli (Joey)
Oliver, Zane (Rachel) Lilley and Melissa (Ernie) Ferrebee and eleven great-
grandchildren, Logan, Bayley, Kayla, Aiden, Gage, Sloane, Gunner, Reed, Maverick,
Wren and Axel.
Family and friends will be received Sunday, February 24, 2019, from 6-8 pm at Altmeyer
Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, where
services will be held Monday, February 25 at 10 am with Dr. Mitch Johnston officiating.
Interment will be held at Beeler Station Cemetery, Cameron, WV.
