Karen Sue Blake, 66, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

Karen was born February 19, 1953, in Glen Dale, WV, a daughter of the late Wilbert and Opal (Crow) Blake. She was a former employee of Jozabeth Clothing Store, Moundsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her half-sister, Imogene West.

Karen is survived by several cousins, including Timmy (Dorothy) Stout and James Stout, both of Moundsville; close friends, Susan Aston and Vicki Wood; the Molly Cook family; and her many friends at Jozabeth’s.

Friends will be received at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, Monday, May 20, 2019, from Noon until time of funeral services at 1 pm, with Rev. April Forkey officiating. Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery, Glen Easton, WV.
