Lonnie Earl Shealey Jr., 60, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Wheeling Hospital WVU.

He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, October 18, 1961, a son of Joann (Watts) Shealey and the late Lonnie E. Shealey Sr. Lonnie was a U.S. Marine Veteran. He was an avid toy collector, cook and gardener, he loved his plants and animals. Lonnie enjoyed music, singing and dancing, photography and video games.

In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his first wife, Marlene Ann (Wilcox) Shealey (2014) and two siblings, Lorraine Ambrose Shealey and Michael Shealey.

Lonnie is survived by his loving wife, Regina (Miles) Shealey; three children, Jordan Shealey, Malyon Shealey and Amil Shealey; four step-children, Reina Martin, Rebeka Miles, Raechel Miles and Robert Winston; several siblings; nine grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and his mother-in-law, Roxie Miles Jones.

A memorial gathering will be held Monday, January 10, 2022 from 11 am until time of memorial service at 2 pm, at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, 1400 Eoff St.

You left too soon little brother. I would rather have you on heaven well then on earth sick. You left smiling having married your beautiful Regina and bought your lovely home. It was such a pleasure having you in our lives. Bruce and I won’t be at your services, because Bruce had a stroke this morning. So we will just remember you full of life and dancing. You are our family forever
