I worked with Mardell at Gordon’s right after high school. A very fond memory is when she invited us out to their farm to see the baby piglets. She had a very good life. Enjoy the memories.

My dear Mardell, I’ll miss your face and beautiful sense of humor. We were never at a loss for talk. I recently lost my sister Babette and I’m sure you’ll meet each other, she’s as ornery as you. I hope you’re reading good books, remember ours? Please forgive me for not being there tomorrow it’s too soon for me to go back there. I love you kiddo and am so glad you are home. God speed my adopted mom, I have fond memories of you. All my Love to you and your family. Love Jo

Please accept my deepest sincere condolences during this time of grief. My hope is that the words of Christ Jesus be comforting, when he stated that “the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out” (John 5:28, 29). We can also take comfort in God’s personal promise to “wipe out every tear” and even “death will be no more” (Revelation 21:4) May you look to the Bible for comfort from our creator, Jehovah God.
