Ballard, Mickey Lynn, 51 of Valley Grove, WV died Saturday, January 19, 2019.  He was born July 31, 1967 in Martins Ferry, OH.  a son of Harry Lynn Ballard and Sharon (Delbert) Reynolds.  He was an employee of Joe’s Auto Sales in Moundsville, WV, a Christian by faith and a member of the Lewis Wetzel Pistol and Rifle Club.  He is survived by his wife, Karen (Hamilton) Ballard; Mother, Sharon Delbert Reynolds; Step-father, Richard Reynolds; a son, Carl (Alissa) Ballard, of Grove City, PA; a daughter, Allison Ballard of Valley Grove, WV; two step-sons, Michael (Ashley) Siebieda, Jr. of Wheeling, WV; Jamie McCamic of Valley Grove, WV; a brother, Mike Ballard of Belmont, OH; a granddaughter, Brontae Siebieda; and two nieces, Jessica and Amanda Ballard. There will be no visitation.  Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
