Phyllis Mae (Yost) MOSLANDER, 79, of Moundsville, WV passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.
She was born February 1, 1936 in Marshall County, WV, the daughter of the late William Floyd and Rosella M. (Davis) Yost.
Phyllis was a retired employee for Myers Drug Store.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Gilbert Louis Moslander, Jr.; first husband, Richard E. Mercer; second husband, Gilbert Louis Moslander, Sr. and sisters, Marlene Sellner and Sandra Ritchie.
She is survived by one son, Rusty (Terri Jo) Mercer of Moundsville; two daughters, Melody Mercer (Lane Blake) of Moundsville and Tina L. (Gayne) Knitowski of Gormania, WV ; two sisters, Carole Loeffler of AZ and Pam Anderson of Moundsville; four grandchildren, Sasha George, Shea Mercer, Cierra Moslander and Karlewy Moslander; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial gathering will be held Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 1pm until the time of services at 2pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes & Kirby Vance Chapels, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice, in Phyllis’s name.
