Ralph, Wendy, Billie Jo and Echo I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad. He was a great friend and I will always remember him pestering me at the street fair. I remember when he used to sign Echo up for the Halloween parties and he would tell me what she wanted. He was a great Councilman and I was proud to call him friend. God give you comfort and strength as you face these next few days. I will always remember him. Love and prayers to all of you.
