Rosemary M. Buzzard, 91, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.

She was born October 12, 1927, a daughter of the late Francis O. and Bernadette (Heil) Speaker. Rosemary was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and a past member of the St. Michael Choir.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Dale M. Buzzard (2001); her step-daughter, Susie O’Donnell; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Bernhard and Jean (James) LaFlam; her brother, Bernard Speaker and one grandson, Craig O’Donnell.

Rosemary is survived by her granddaughter, Carrie O’Donnell of North Olmsted, OH; three step-sons, Charles (Barbara) Buzzard of Wheeling, Michael (Arleen) Buzzard of Wheeling and David Buzzard; two step-grandchildren, Charles Buzzard and Jennifer Adkins and nieces and nephews from the LaFlam, Speaker and Bernhard families.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 11 am, at St. Michael Catholic Church, with Rev. Carlos L. Melocoton Jr. officiating. Interment will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
