Sandra M. Dusick, (81) of Wheeling, WV, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 28, 2019. She was born January 29, 1938, in Wheeling, W. Va., a daughter of the late John R. Dusick, Sr. and Thelma (Sally) Dusick; also preceding her in death are two brothers, John R. Dusick, Jr. and Donald Dusick Sr.; two sisters, Shirley A. Dietz and Patty Dusick
Sandra is survived by her 9 loving nieces and nephews; Cindy (Phil) Collins, Gary (Stacy) Dietz, Phillip (Keri) Dietz, Tom (Diane) Dietz, Diane (Matt) Schau, Lorraine (Brad) McCardle, Donald Dusick Jr., David Dusick and Robbie Dusick. Many great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
She was a cook at Saseen’s Restaurant for 30 years and is a lifetime member of Our Lady of Lebanon Church. She loved cooking for the many church picnics and dinners and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at Our Lady of Lebanon on Tuesday, March 5 from 10-12. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at Noon with Father Bakhos officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary at the convenience of the family.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital for the care and comfort they provided Aunt Sandy for over the past year.
Memorial contributions can be made to Our Lady of Lebanon Church.
