We were always thankful for the many times Diana took her time to help with needs at each visit. We hope it is a comfort for her family to know that many share there loss. I have wonderful childhood memories of Diana. She always was such a sweet person, so kind, but with a tiny hint of orneryness. My deepest sympathies go out to her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces and other family members and friends who found comfort in her love. Cherish always your memories.❤

When Myra and I were in to see you last month we had know way of knowing that our goodbye was going to be forever. You were a good person and a big help to us - and to mom and dad over the years. We are stunned and at a loss for the right words. Maybe there are none. Rest easy and in peace.

My earliest memory of Diana is seeing her at get-togethers when I was a child. While the details of each encounter fade for me over time, her face and voice are stark in my mind’s eye, bringing back with it the warmth of being in her presence. It remained still after I’d grown and moved away when my family and I ran into her during my visits. She had a genuine interest, a way of making you feel cared for, familiar even from afar as she reached out to me last year upon my own family’s trials. Exuding that sense of embrace was, it seemed to me, innate to Diana and one I felt each time I saw her when journeying home. May it endure for those that loved her most deeply as she journeys to hers. I’m so sorry for your loss.

I am so so sorry to hear of Diana’s passing. She was so good to my mother at the bank. As bank technology made it more difficult for the elderly to transact business, Diana welcomed Mom with warm greetings, genuine care for her, and a beautiful smile. Then she assisted Mom always to conduct her business. Mom adored her. She was one of earth’s angels. God bless her family in this difficult time.

To the Chamberlain family, So sorry about Diane. Someone I've known since the first grade at Sanford School. Although underpaid and probably at times unappreciated she was the face of B,B, & T for so many people. Hearing of Diane's death brought to my mind a quote by the late Mark Twain, "Let us live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry and cry.". I'm sure all who knew Diane through the years will agree she accomplished that goal.
