Mary and Harry were principal reasons for the success of Wheeling Jesuit University from1982 to the turnoff the century. I am deeply indebted to both of them. May they enjoy the Kingdom of Heaven in celebration with the Lord.

I believe Mrs. Hamm invented Kool-Aid ice tray, by which the kids in the neghborhood enjoyed hot summer days. She was a mother figure to many of us.

God has a new angel to watch over us from above, not unlike how she cared for her own husband, 12 children, their spouses (including me as the longest in law), grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was in my life for 47 years during which time we laughed, argued, traveled, and shopped (of course). During our turn to watch over her Tuesday night through Wednesday morning, Chas, Herk and I prayed for God's Grace to take her and now I pray that I wish she was still here. Although I respectfully called her Mrs. Hamm, she became my mom after I lost my own at the age of 22. I will miss you forever, Mrs. Hamm, Grammy Hammy, Gigi, .....Mom.
